This work is becoming increasingly necessary in order to comply to insurance companies requirements; preventing a fire from spreading, and thereby eliminating the risk to health - making a kitchen a safe place of work.

Restaurants, care homes, nursing homes, schools and all forms of catering establishments that have commercial kitchens must maintain them in excellent hygenic order. This means having them deep cleaned periodically. We provide this service to our customers at the times which suit them. What this means is that the restaurant does not necessarily have to close down for any length of time.

The procedure consists of deep cleaning the cooker hoods, grease filters, internal surfaces of ductwork & fan units. To clean the internal ductwork surfaces, access panels are cut and fitted to assist in the removal of grease from the internal wall areas of the extraction ductwork.
